One lesson each week: a verse, a short teaching, one practice and a journal question. Each week is meant to be lived with — not rushed — so you can mark it complete when you've practiced it a few times.
Support at your pace These lessons offer education and coping support, not diagnosis, therapy, medical treatment, or emergency care. Faith and professional care can work together; ongoing distress is not a failure of faith. An upgrade is never required to seek crisis support.
You can pause, skip a practice, or return later. Keep your eyes open if that feels better. Breathe comfortably without forcing or holding your breath; stop if you feel dizzy, short of breath, or more distressed. New or severe chest pain or trouble breathing needs urgent medical care, not a calming exercise.
If distress persists, worsens, or disrupts sleep or daily life, reach out to a licensed mental health professional or your healthcare team. Do not change medication or medical instructions based on these lessons. For threats, coercion, or abuse, prioritize safety and specialist support rather than confronting someone or trying to repair the relationship alone.
You deserve support now. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or are struggling with suicidal thoughts, call or text 988 in the US for crisis support. For immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911 in the US. Outside the US, contact your local crisis service or emergency number. If you can, ask a trusted person to stay with you while you get help.
This app is not monitored for emergencies. Saving a check-in, journal entry, or completed lesson does not alert your counselor; contact them directly through your agreed between-session channel. Do not wait for an app response in a crisis.
